VIEWS Fellowship
The VIEWS Fellowship is a paid opportunity for passionate young professionals committed to driving social change at the grassroots level. Fellows will work closely with our teams in Odisha on projects related to education, livelihoods and climate resilience. The fellowship offers field exposure, mentorship, and skill-building to prepare future development leaders. Ideal candidates are graduates or postgraduates with a background in social work, development studies, or related fields. Duration ranges from 6 to 12 months.
VIEWS Internship & Volunteering
VIEWS offers meaningful volunteer and internship opportunities for students, researchers, and changemakers interested in gaining real-world experience in community development. Interns and volunteers can contribute to projects in education, women’s empowerment, health, environment, and documentation. This is an excellent platform to learn, engage, and make a difference in underserved communities across Odisha.

My summer internship with VIEWS in 2016 was truly life-changing. Coming from the University of Wisconsin, I had never experienced the resilience and spirit of coastal communities like those in Odisha. Interning with VIEWS was one of the most enriching and unforgettable experiences of my life. Working in the coastal villages of Odisha, I learned how to mobilize communities, develop training materials for spoken English, and guide rural youth through digital literacy and career counselling.
